Massage: 1% dilution or 6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil to ease muscular pain and restore the nervous system.
Compress: Can be included in a compress blend to treat aching joints. Up to 5 drops in warm water.
Cleaning: Can be used in a spray bottle as a disinfectant.
Do not use undiluted on skin and keep dilution low as clove bud can be toxic and overwhelming to the mind in large doses. Also, may cause skin irritation.Best t avoid with children. -
